You’re going to love this 1 hour full body workout with dumbbells today! Welcome to Day 7 of my OWN IT 2.0 program!

The format today will be supersets and we’ll be doing 45 seconds of work straight into another 45 seconds of work before we get a 30 second rest. We have a repeater after every superset that consists of squat walks for 45 seconds followed by walkout push ups for another 45 seconds, and then of course a 30 second rest. We only do 1 set of each superset, unless it is a single sided movement, we then repeat it all on the opposite side before doing the repeater again.

As usual, the last 10 minutes of the workout will be the cardio and core burnout finisher.

Equipment needed for today will be a mat or soft surface, a pair of moderately heavy dumbbells and some lighter dumbbells. I’ll be using 2 x 25 lbs and 2 x 15 lbs today. The key to this program is progressive overload where you should try to slowly increase the weights you use as the weeks go on.

Make this workout your own! Go at a pace that’s comfortable for you, and keep that core engaged the entire time. Focus on the Quality of every rep over the Quantity! The timer is just a guide so take the extra rest when needed and also modify the movements as needed! Make sure whenever using weights to use weights that suit your fitness level but are still challenging!
