Описание: This is one of the oldest temples in Tamil Nadu. Lord Sri Kamatchi, Sri Perumal and Sri Gurunatha swami are the three lords staying in the temple. The temple is located in Pudupalayam near Anthiyur. A festival which is celebrated every year during August 15 is very famous. The cattle market during this festival is well-known all over India. People sell horses, cows, and goats during this festival and more than 500,000 people gather at this temple. Some of the horses are sold for more than 150,000 Rs. People even come from northern part of India to sell and buy cattle.
