Capacity Building for Syrian NGOs in 2019

Описание: In 2019 HAD carried out a huge capacity building project for Syrian NGOs, training 195 frontline staff from 90 different NGOs.

It began with a thorough training needs assessment to capture the challenges and gaps, ensuring relevant and sought after intervention.

The project consisted of 10 development trainings including Communication Skills and Roles of NGOs, Leadership and Governance, Partnership and Fundraising, Monitoring and Evaluation and more. It also included mentoring and coaching in key areas of needs such as humanitarian human resource and advocacy.
