Sainsbury's Peri Peri (Piri Piri) Sauce Review

Описание: We review this Peri Peri (Piri Piri) sauce made by a mainstream supermarket chain called Sainsburys, with stores country wide we go and see what this hot chilli pepper sauce is like.
This also can be called a Piri-Piri sauce. The Oxford Dictionary records that 'Piri Piri' is a foreign word meaning a very hot sauce made with red chile peppers and 'Peri Peri' is the South African term for piri-piri.

Ingredients:
Water, Onion, Lemon Purée, Spirit Vinegar, Green Chilli Purée (5%), Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Dried Mixed Pepper, Onion Powder, Rice Flour, Lemon Juice Powder, Chilli Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Colour: Paprika Extract; Stabliser: Xanthan Gum; Flavouring.

Our suggestion is that this would be good with chicken or fish(white) dishes.
Also try as a drizzle over a salad to give it a little twist and zing.
