This is the Pier St level crossing in Altona, on the Altona loop section of the Werribee Railway Line, with footage I took in January and April 2018
This crossing has:
Two General Signals E-bells. The bell on the southern side is programmed to sound continuously until the boom gates rise, while the bell on the northern side is programmed to sound out once the boom gates have lowered
Westinghouse cross-arms
Unmarked Westinghouse lights on the northern boom gate mechanism, and marked Westinghouse lights on the southern boom gate mechanism and the individual signal on the north western side
Westinghouse boom gate mechanisms with unmarked bases.
Westinghouse pedestrian boom gate mechanisms. This crossing used to have black and white boom gates until as recently as 2013 (according to Google street view). By 2016, both had been replaced with the standard red and white boom gates

The relay cases at the crossing have been cleverly designed to look like a steam train
