For outer layers NEVER USE:
Every schrabidium rod, balefire, digamma, flash lead/gold, Pu-241, HEN, All Americium fuel.
For center breeding rod NEVER USE:
All schrabidium rod excluding LES, All Americium rods( Don't know why you would use that), Pu-241(Unless you remove the outer fuel rods), Balefire, Digamma.
This is subject to change once testing with different combinations is complete, expect fuels like flash gold to not be on the danger list etc.
this would only effect the danger list, so you can use this data with no worries.
