Описание: Off-Season Rolling Practice, Winter 2022. Video starts with some standard rolls, with setup, tip-over, and recovery. Then it moves on to rolls designed to make the roll "bomb proof," meaning capable of being performed without preparation from any position and, eventually, in any conditions. (Hard to practice that last one in a pool.) You'll see I flop into the water with the paddle in odd positions, sometimes even leaving it in floating at one side of the boat and picking it up when I roll under. Lastly, I perform a re-entry and roll, a self-rescue technique for when I've come out of the boat unexpectedly. What are your favorite "bomb-proofing" techniques?
