CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz held a meeting with China’s leading company, Alibaba Cloud

Описание: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif held a meeting with a high level delegation of China’s leading company, Alibaba Cloud, during her visit to China.

The Alibaba Cloud Group expressed interest in Punjab’s IT sector.

Alibaba Cloud officials appreciated Punjab’s AI based governance initiatives.

Discussions were held on the use of Artificial Intelligence in agriculture, healthcare, socio economic programs, and climate forecasting.

The meeting also considered a strategic partnership with Artificial Intelligence for public services.

“Punjab is integrating its governance system with Artificial Intelligence,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

“We are following a policy of adopting Artificial Intelligence and other technologies today instead of waiting for tomorrow,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

“We are building the world’s largest public sector cancer hospital in Punjab,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

“Punjab has become the first province to establish an Artificial Intelligence authority,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

“The idea of teaching Artificial Intelligence to children in government schools came to me after seeing students in Beijing,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

“We welcome Chinese cooperation in Artificial Intelligence and other IT technologies,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

“Punjab is the fourth largest province in terms of its young and skilled workforce,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

“Punjab is a leader in the digital economy,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

“Not only government officers and officials, but members of the cabinet have also been trained in Artificial Intelligence in Punjab,” said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

Alibaba Cloud Group Senior Vice President Li Jiaping briefed the Chief Minister on the company’s operations.

The meeting also discussed matters related to small and medium enterprises for overseas Pakistanis.

Alibaba Cloud Senior Vice President Li Jiaping welcomed the signing of the MoU in the presence of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

“Artificial Intelligence is being used for media campaigns and medical training,” said Alibaba Cloud Senior Vice President Li Jiaping.

“Artificial Intelligence can play a supportive role in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.”

“AI education has already been made mandatory from Grade 1 in Punjab,” said Ali Mustafa Dar.

“Artificial Intelligence is being successfully used in the Safe City Authority, agriculture, healthcare, education, and infrastructure sectors,” said Ali Mustafa Dar.
