In this video, I’ll guide you through a simple hip-opening yoga flow designed to help relieve lower back pain by addressing one of the most common causes: tight hips.
I’m a guy who trains regularly, and I used to struggle with lower back tightness myself. Opening up my hips consistently made a huge difference — and this is the exact stretch I still use.
This routine is:
Ideal for men who lift or train
Beginner-friendly (no yoga experience needed)
Short and practical
Great in the morning, before bed, or after training
Each position is held for 3 slow breaths (around 30 seconds) to encourage relaxation, mobility, and better movement.
