Happy year of the horse! I am feeling bold, aligned, and vulnerable. The year of the snake shattered my rose-colored glasses and was extremely painful, but I am thankful it brought me so much clarity. Anyone else?

I’ve never really done this less-polished, less edited format! So, I’m curious what you guys think about this. I just wanted to share what’s been on my heart.

I am a recovering people-pleaser, and I am done being a doormat. So, the societal loneliness epidemic continues, and it's something that continues to be relevant everywhere—especially among millennials, Gen-Z, and younger generations. It’s really hard to break old dynamics, especially with people you’ve grown up with during the formative years of life. But sometimes, it’s really necessary to move toward a new, better way of living and being! Life is too short for bad energy and people who won’t treat you right. Keep going!
