Terminal knee extension exercises explained and demonstrated. A good exercise to strengthen your knee if you're over 50 years of age.
Everyone's knee should be able to fully extend. If it doesn't, you will not have a fully functional knee. Performing a terminal knee extension a few times per week will keep your knee joint healthy and strong.
Make sure you do your knee extension in a seated and lying position. This movement is great for rehab and knee injury prevention.
