An ABA file allows you to make a bulk payment to suppliers or employees in one go.
It drastically reduces the chance of user error in paying the wrong bank account or for the wrong amount. The ABA bank file draws info direct from MYOB so what ever is entered there will be imported into the bank.

Exporting an ABA bank file greatly reduces the time it takes to pay a large amount on suppliers or employees. If you have a large number of staff on payroll you don't want to have to go in to the bank and make a large number of individual transactions. An ABA file will let you pay multiple staff or suppliers in one go, saving you a huge amount of time.
