The Wisconsin Collaborative for Rural GME was established in 2012 to help support the growth and development of residency training in the state. Our network partners with residency programs, hospitals, healthcare entities, and many others as we look to grow and expand our future rural workforce.

There are more than 25 programs that include specialties like family medicine, internal medicine, surgery, psychiatry, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and more.

Training in these programs provides you with valuable clinical experience in a variety of settings, ranging from smaller clinics to busy hospitals.
