Miguel is an abstractionist painter whose work is exhibited around the world. He's from Mexico City, a place where mental health is still taboo in many family situations. Miguel's personal journey takes a dark turn when he suffers an accident that nearly killed him. In this documentary, Miguel explain his road to recovery through traditional healing practices and modern medicine. Most of all, his recovery has led him to reconnect with his family and friends.
