:- ingredients.

Karam podi.

10" gr, red chillies.

Kadai on stove.
2" Tbls of oil.
Add the red chillies.
Roast.
1" Tbls of coriander seeds.
1" Tbls of cumin seeds.
Roast well.
Perfect roasting.
Stove off.
Cool completely.
Add the fried chillies in a mixture stone.
Crush them.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Lemon size of tamarind.
2" Garlic.
Mix well.
Grind into a fine powder.
Transfer the blended powder in a bowl.
Karam podi is a ready.
