Another video about the shows and events here at Bressingham, mostly for a bit of advertising to the museum and entertainment for my club on a Wednesday night of course.
This event is all about Narrow Gauge modelling, whether you model 2 foot in 4mm scale or in 7mm scale, it don't matter its all about Narrow gauge as we are a Narrow gauge museum. some people seem to get this confused but I'll example this simply;
009 gauge is modelled after 2 foot gauge railways to be scaled with 4 foot gauge (standard gauge) railways in 4mm scale, so you have 009 (2 foot) and 00 (4 foot)
I thought I'd explain that as everyone seems to get in a muddle trying to explain 009 runs on n gauge track but it's not n gauge because it scales with 00 gauge blah blah
other than my description filler, there were plenty of interesting models and layouts to take inspiration from for a possible ON30 idea I could do one day.
before anyone says anything, I did just notice my beautiful spelling of Bressingham at the end, I don't proof read anymore.
