Rarely seen pliers. Restoration with copper plating.
I can safely say, a dinosaur in the world of tools. I have never seen pliers like this in my life. I am not saying that they are for some special and specially selected function, but they are simply rare to see. Maybe they are standard pliers in some country where they were produced, but not in my part of the world where I live.
I bought these pliers at a flea market. The seller could not tell me anything more about the origin and purpose of these pliers. I tried to find more information on the Internet, but I couldn't find anything.
