Today is an excellent Sunny day on Saturday 29 November 2025, nice weather not too hot after the previous night rainfall.

I decided to visit Suntec City for an afternoon walk and came across this surprisingly popular and lively event at the convention centre, with huge queues paying ticket to the show.

In the meantime, I shall also share my thoughts about Empty Shadows chasing public recognition, an article I wrote recently but nothing to do with this event nor inspiration but may be psychologically related to the increasing popularity amongst today’s youth such as this kind of event.

Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre is one of the largest Convention & Exhibition Centre in Singapore, located in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District. The convention center boasts state-of-the-art facilities that cater to a diverse range of events, from small meetings to large international conferences.

Empty Shadows Chasing Public Recognition.
There are at least two major personalities that evolved in any person.

One is the real truth self, well hidden until the moment it’s finally discovered or emerge after years of experiences.

The other is the shadow that is projected, necessary because of deep rooted culture, tribal rules and the need to have an image for the necessity of whatever an objective is to be achieved.

Someone once said, everyone is just an actor on the stage. This is the shadow, non-reality but simply following the script.

Societies that have reached the peak of this stage, for the few that can identify, it’s obvious robots in suit and looking busy 24/7.

The True self is within that creation, for the purpose of the present, which is also the past and future, that the particular Being in Existence, experiences necessary into the infinite, across the 7 levels of Existence, this present Existence as one part of the Whole.

In our present society, mental breakdowns are becoming an increasing phenomenon, coming from family, work and society.

I often wonder all those people on Social-Media, who may have millions of followers, influencers they are classified, how many actually they know well personally, and when eventually their popularity falls due to trend and quickly changing environments, what would they become in reality.

Many Young pretty actresses look like Witches after their prime, even without Botox, while the men look beaten and off their track.

Shadows are shadows, and pointless chasing them that are none representative of the True self.

Real happiness is the time one discovered their own reflections and be peace with themselves.
