My second visit to the Ribble and my second disaster. The Ribble Barbel have been illusive and I have yet to catch one here on the Ribble. The rain bucketed down most of the day and the wind blew so strong I had to take shelter under a tree. Then came the thunder, then came the rain, then came the lightening and yet more rain.
Guess what? I actually enjoyed the adventure. Every day on the bank is a good one regardless of catch or weather. My child like enthusiasm for fishing is as strong as ever.
This is the video that I was really undecided if I should publish. Having asked folks to post their thoughts in the comments of a previous video it seems some folks were interested in watching the video. I hope you can still appreciate the day despite water on the lens and using the internal GoPro microphone also struggling in the wet.
