TYPES OF POSING
CONNECTION WITH SUBJECT (before we begin)
need this before you can begin posing
start small, and very simply and build from there
start with nothing, straight on portrait, nail that and build from there
CANDID IN THE MOMENT
learning how you can make someone feel comfortable with a camera in their face
seeing whats around you, make them confident
tricking their brain to make them distracted
FORMAL SITTING POSING
have a routine, a work flow, this works out kinks
shut your brain off - guide them through the process
same routine allows sitter to make the poses their own
look for shapes, and simplicity
start with most difficult and let it get easier
CRUTCHES
simple as a lean
apple box - doing poses with a single box
table, using the space provided

CLOSING
posing take practice, its about being able to control a situation effortlessly.
do it often, be excited to fail, go outside of your comfort zone
