These Cookies are perfect for the 4pm guiltfree snacking or munching on during late night craving. These are Healthy, Glutenfree & Vegan and only made with ingredients good for you.
Recipe -
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Ragi Flour
1/4th tsp baking soda
1/4th tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Jaggery powder
1 tbsp cranberry
1/4th cup oats
2.5 tbps rice bran oil or normal oil
2 tbsp Water
Combine all the ingredients together and shape into cookies
Bake at 160 degree for 12 mins
Let them cool & Enjoy
Quick Tip-
•To make Almond flour, take almonds and grind in mixer for 10-12 secs and almond flour is ready.
•If you don't have cranberry , u can add raisins nuts seeds etc or make plain cookies by skipping the oats and cranberry. Oats can be any rolled or quick.
•Use normal oil of rice bran is not available, but ensure the oil is flavourless
•You can use milk instead of water for a non vegan version
•You can use whole jaggery aswell. Dissolve that first in water and then add otherwise it won't mix.
