U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett joins the San Antonio Express-News Editorial Board, along with the Austin American-Statesman's Editorial Board, to discuss her run for U.S. Senate. Crockett aims to unseat Republican Senator John Cornyn, but first must win the Democratic Primary against James Talarico.
Early voting for the March 3, 2025, election lasts from February 17, 2026 - February 27, 2025.
The Express-News Editorial Board comprises Josh Brodesky, editorial page editor; Tony Quesada, deputy editorial page editor; and Cary Clack, editorial writer and columnist. The Editorial Board reports to Publisher Mark Medici. Also on the opinion team are Melissa Murphy, commentary and letters editor; and Warren Brown, digital producer.
