Ingredients:
2 tablespoon oil
1 large onion chopped
6 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup mushroom
2 cups cauliflower
1 cup carrot
1/2 cup beans
1 cup brocolli
100gms sotanghon (vermicelli noodles) soaked in water for 3 minutes.
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon sugar.
1/2 veggie cube/chicken/shrimp or beef
2 liters hot water
How to Make It?
In the same Wok heat cooking oil, add onion saute and garlic cook for 2 - 3 minutes until aroma comes out.
add soy sauce stir.
add mushroom, cauliflower , carrot , beans and brocolli allow to cook for around 5 minutes stir occasionally.
do not over cook the veggies.
Remove veggies and set aside.
In the same Wok pour in hot water add seasoning. allow to simmer.
Add vermicelli or sotanghon. stir until noodles is soft enough..do not over cook. if water is too much then remove extra liquid.
add veggies and mix until noodles and veggies are well incorporate. remove from heat and transfer to your preferred plate..serve warm...
