Katie seems really nervous about starting middle school and is counting on her best friend being there with her, but her friend Callie ditched her! Katie shows courage going to her first day of school by herself. She meets a whole group of NEW friends! The new friends are all different but have fun being together and soon find out they have things in common as well. They love cupcakes (who doesn't?) and decide to start a Cupcake Club! I love that they each have different talents and strengths to help each other out and work together.
