4–6 large green capsicum
1 cup mashed potato
½ cup grated carrot
½ cup finely shredded cabbage
1 small tomato (chopped)
1 medium red onion (finely chopped)
3–4 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 inch ginger (chopped)
2 green chilies (finely sliced)
Few curry leaves
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp curry powder and pepper
½ tsp chili powder and chili flacks(adjust to taste)
Salt to taste
