🌱INGREDIENTS🌱
The Omelet:
12.3 ounces silken firm tofu
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 tablespoons garbanzo bean flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened non-dairy milk
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon black salt (kala namak) OR regular salt
2-3 tablespoons oil (for cooking, not blending)

Red bell pepper

Hot sauce
