Steps to fix sign in issue:
1. Right click windows icon and click 'Run'
2. Enter %LocalAppData% in box and click 'Ok' (this will open up the Fallout 76 AppData folder)
3. Start Fallout 76
4. Once you are at the screen where it asks you to click any button to proceed, hit ALT+TAB to get to your AppData folder
5. Delete the Fallout 76 Folder
6. Go back into the Fallout 76 game and click any button. The game should progress past sign in.
