Good - Road that exhibits some minor cracking, a few potholes, a few repaired joint seals, minor alligator cracks, and minor road humps. A road that experiences vehicle congestion and exhibits road signs that are slightly damaged and/or unclear. A road that shows some wear and exhibits unevenness in some areas.
