FutureSight is hiring an experienced, visionary Founding CEO to lead the launch of a B2B AI copilot for financial advisors, built to transform how advisors process information and deliver proactive, personalized guidance at scale. Designed for small to mid-sized wealth management firms, the platform helps advisors improve client experience, increase retention, and accelerate assets under management (AUM).

Wealth management is approaching a critical inflection point. A $70T intergenerational wealth transfer is underway, while the industry faces a projected shortage of 100,000+ advisors by 2034. Today’s advisors are overwhelmed by fragmented tools, nonstop market news, and the expectation to deliver high-touch service across hundreds of client relationships. Our solution acts as a second brain for advisors—surfacing insights, anticipating client needs, and streamlining engagement.

This is a pure execution problem.
High client counts. Constant market and life-event signals. Clear relationship and growth outcomes.

Yet advisors still spend most of their time preparing for meetings and reacting after the fact—unable to proactively reach every household when it matters most, even though timely, trusted outreach directly drives retention and AUM. The Role: Founding CEO
As Founding CEO, you will:
Win early customers through pilots, pricing strategy, and validation of retention and expansion.
Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod to launch V1.
Hire the founding team and establish the company’s culture.
Lead the seed round, starting with FutureSight’s initial investment.
