These units have both been out for about 4 years now! We sell and support them both. We are here to give honest feedback and point out the differences of each.
1. We sell more of the Miller 220
2. Fewer issues/warranty or other with the Miller 220
3. TIG adjustments are more advanced on the Rebel 205
4. Rebel 205 more rugged and has inside light by wire
5. Miller is a tad more expensive (currently a Miller rebate makes it about the same)
