To open the new season of CTA online presentations, we are delighted to welcome Yves Marchand and Romain Meffre who recently launched their their ‘gigantic’ and lavishly photographed survey of numerous American movie theaters which are fighting for survival.

In this special presentation for the CTA, the book's joint authors will talk about their experiences of making large-scale images of these vintage movie palaces, and the creation of the book itself, as well as highlighting some of the many movie palaces featured in the book.
