We’re learning new information about the security breakdown that led to the attempted assassination of former president Donald Trump at his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
NBC News is reporting the Secret Service did identify the rooftop shooter Thomas Crooks was on as a vulnerability spot days before the event. Secret Service Spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said the roof was local law enforcement’s jurisdiction.
