1️⃣ Go to Gateway of Tally ➡️ Alter ➡️ Voucher Type
2️⃣ Select the voucher you want
3️⃣ Enable Set/Alter Additional Numbering Details – convert No to Yes
4️⃣ Set the Date, Prefix, and Suffix as needed
5️⃣ Save with Ctrl + A
6️⃣ Save with Ctrl + A
✅ That’s it! Your custom invoice numbering is now set in TallyPrime.
