Ingrédients
2 litres d'eau.
2 càs de beurre.
1 càc de sel.
250 g de semoule.
150 g de sucre.
250 ml de lait + 250 ml de lait concentré non sucré OU 500 ml de lait.
1 càc d'anis moulu.

250 ml of milk + 250 ml of condensed unsweetened milk OR 500 ml of milk.
1 teaspoon of ground anise.

المقادير
2 لتر من الماء.
2 ملعقة كبيرة من الزبدة.
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح.
250 غرام من السميد الغليظ.
150 غرام من السكر.
250 مل من الحليب + 250 مل من الحليب المركز الغير محلى أو 500 مل من الحليب.
1 ملعقة صغيرة من الينسون المطحون.
