GOAN SAUSAGE IN THE BOTTLE
This Goan mouthwatering dish is a preparation of pork meat made by marinating the meat with ground choris masala and later smoked to give a hint of smokey flavour.
In Goa it’s mainly served during many occasions like ladinhas, weddings,birthdays etc.
It can be stored in the freezer and cooked in parts.
Ingredients:-
1 kg boneless and skinned pork
2 teaspoon salt
Masala to grind:-
30-35 Kashmiri chillies
2 big pods garlic
2 inch ginger
1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
20 cloves
2 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
2 tsp black peppercorns
200ml+50ml vinegar
1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
