Kundalini yoga for your vitality and willpower. This yoga practice energizes and awakens our entrepreneurial ability.
1. Balance on your toes and fingertips in downward facing dog position, rock your hips from side to side 1 - 3 min (2 min on video)
2. Easy position, we lean back 60 degrees, we hold our elbows at the diaphragm height and we roll your shoulders in a forward (I didn't do it on VIDEO) 1 - 3 min (2 min on video)
3. Child position, interlock your fingers. Rise your arms up and lower 1 - 3 min (2 min on video)
4. Lotus position, half lotus or easy pose (chose one that is good for you). We tilt the body back leaning on the forearms 1 - 3 min (2 min on video)
5. Sitting position, legs straight, we grab the feet from the legs, we lift the trunk, inhale up exhale down 11 times (on video 8)
6. Meditation - hands in a prayer position, we pump the navel rhythmically and visualize one million lights 1 - 3 min (2 min on video)
