With the world turned upside-down, some of Appalachias' top members among the Brotherhood of Steel felt like their direct superiors forgot the goal of their mission. This lead to the Appalachian Chapter of the Brotherhood Outcasts, not yet rocking their iconic black and red paint jobs as they have just discovered a suit of Prototype Ultracite power armor and have yet to test its full capabilities.
This build is an idea on if Brotherhood Outcasts had found an old Enclave nuclear silo and made it their new home to protect it from outsiders as well as fortify their position in Appalachia.
