Recipes:
Amrood ka Sharbat
Ingredients:
Guava (sliced) 1 kg
Sugar 300 grams
Fresh lemon juice 100 ml
Water 1 liter
Red food color a few drops
Method:
In a pan, add water and sugar and bring it to a boil. Then, cook for 5 minutes. Now, add the guava and lemon juice and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the red food color and let it cool. After cooling, strain the mixture and refrigerate.
Lemon Squash
Ingredients:
Fresh lemon juice 500 ml
Sugar 250 grams
Water 500 ml
Method:
In a pan, add water and sugar and bring it to a boil. Then, cook for 5 minutes. Now, add the fresh lemon juice and let it cool. Store it in the refrigerator.
Orange Squash
Ingredients:
Fresh orange juice 500 ml
Fresh orange juice 500 ml
Sugar 250 grams
Lemon juice 100 ml
Water 250 ml
Orange food color a few drops
Method:
In a pan, add water and sugar and bring it to a boil. Then, cook for 5 minutes. Now, add fresh orange juice, fresh kinnow juice, lemon juice, and orange food color, and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Store it in the refrigerator.
Strawberry Sherbet
Ingredients:
Strawberries 1 kg
Sugar 200 grams
Fresh lemon juice 100 ml
Water 1 liter
Method:
In a pan, add water and sugar and bring it to a boil. Then, cook for 5 minutes. Now, add strawberries and fresh lemon juice, cook for 2 more minutes, and remove from the heat. Once it cools down, grind it and refrigerate.
