This Game has not received any further Patch, but the Game takes benefit of the additional Power of the PS5 Pro Game Boost.
With my observations, the native 4K Fidelity Mode now runs at 4K60 with drops into the 50s.
The 1440p Performance mode is often locked or close to 120fps, but can drop in the 100s.
Performance+ Mode is 1080p 120, but in this case I prefer the Performance Mode due to higher resolution.
