Bureau of Immigration spokesperson Dana Sandoval explains the difference between an immigration lookout bulletin, a hold departure order and a precautionary hold departure order.
She said a precautionary hold departure order ensures that the respondent will not depart from the Philippines until the conclusion of the justice department investigation for probable cause.
