Eureka have achieved "Grind By Weight" without scales

I've always love Eureka grinders. They were always my go to grinder for home baristas as they looked beautiful, they were a small enough footprint for most kitchens, and they were consistently awesome. Their biggest seller is the Specialita grinder which is a no frills timed grinder. Very handy for most home baristas.

So, I was excited when I got the opportunity to test out their latest grinder, The Specialita SMART. A grinder that on the surface looks just a like a regular specialita with a bigger screen.

However, scratch a bit deeper and there is something truly special about this grinder that I think many people are going to love! I can't wait to hear your opinions on it.
