I crafted this 100-minute ADHD study session to help you break through the "ADHD Wall" and overcome executive dysfunction with ease. I will be your personal health coach, guiding you through deep focus blocks and mindful breaks to keep your brain fueled and your body relaxed. My goal is to help you manage your time blindness using a gentle Pomodoro technique that respects your energy levels.
