This Faculty Development Program (FDP) aims to equip educators with
practical knowledge of AI-powered and digital tools that enhance student engagement, collaboration, and personalized learning. As education evolves, adapting to modern strategies that foster critical 21st-century skills—like creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication—is essential. Over five sessions, participants will learn to integrate AI and
digital tools into their curriculum, create interactive learning experiences, collaborate effectively, and implement game-based assessments. Each session offers hands-on applications tailored for higher education, helping educators deliver dynamic, student-centered instruction.
By the end of the program, participants will feel confident in using these tools to enhance their teaching and support student success.
Day 2: Participants will learn to use collaborative tools like Padlet to enhance student interaction and support collaborative learning activities.
