These fast and easy homemade butter cookies are deliciously soft and crumbly will melt in your mouth. It's really a great choice as a sweet treat for ourselves. It also suitable to make and give as a homemade edible gift especially during festival season.
Jenny Cookie
Ingredients:
250g Butter
80g Icing sugar
250g Low protein flour
90g Corn flour
Steps:
1) Beat softened Butter with Icing sugar until light and fluffy.
2) Add in Low protein flour, mix it gently.
3) Add in Corn flour, mix it gently until well incorporated.
4) Put it into piping bag with nozzle.
5) Bake in a preheat oven at 170c for 20 minutes.
Reminder:
After add in the flour, mix it gently with a rubber spatula to avoid over mixing and resulted too much gluten developing.
This recipe yields about 70 cookies.

2)加入低筋面粉, 轻盈翻拌。
3)加入玉米粉,轻盈翻拌及混合均匀。
4)放进裱花袋,挤出喜爱的造型。
5)放入预热烤箱170度20分钟。
切记:加入粉类后,轻盈翻拌,避免过度搅拌以至过度起筋。
这个食谱可做出大约70块饼
