Описание: Ichiran is one of Japan’s most famous ramen restaurants. today we are going to Ichiran in Tsim Sha Tsui because they have vending machines to order the food. there are two branches of Ichiran in HK, one of them is in Causeway Bay, and the other is in Tsim Sha Tsui. Ichiran is known for their unique way of serving ramen to customers in tiny private booths with limited interaction with staff. however, in TST branch, you can also eat in a ordinary setting table like in a normal restaurants.

a portion of ramen starts at HK$95, consists of a single portion of noodles in tonkotsu broth and 3 slices of chashu. you can have more noodles, pork, and other extras at an additional costs.
we spent a total of HK$274 for 2 classic tonkotsu ramen, 1 kae-dama/noodle refill, 1 half boiled egg, and extra sliced pork. the ramen was delicious, and we love the fact that we can fully customize the ramen. i think it’s quite pricey compared to similar restaurant in my country, but it’s very common for a restaurant in here. however, you should give it a try if you’re visiting Hong Kong!
