When you increase your Physical Attack, your crit damage also increases automatically.
Why? Because a crit hit is basically a multiplier of your physical attack.
In simple terms:
If your physical attack is 1000,
a normal crit (200%) will deal around 2000 damage.
So the higher your physical attack, the harder your crits will hit.
That’s why crit damage feels stronger when your attack is high — even if you don’t directly buy “crit damage” stats.
Now, an important part most people miss 👀
There are multiple items that increase CRIT CHANCE, not crit damage:
• Berserker’s Fury
• Haas’ Claws
• Windtalker
• Great Dragon Spear
These items help your crits happen more often, but the actual damage of the crit still scales mainly from your physical attack + crit multiplier.
That’s why stacking crit items without enough physical attack feels weak,
and stacking attack without crit chance feels inconsistent.
Real damage comes from balancing physical attack and crit chance, not blindly copying builds.
