Hari Matar kofte ki Sabji Recipe
Green Peas Cofta Curry Recipe
1&1/2 cup peas
1piece ginger
1green chilli
In sab ko grind karle
Nonstick pan me thode oil me jeera crackle karke peas ko bhoon le aur besan mix karke balls bana kar fry karle.
Jyada fry na kare colour na change ho
1 big onion
2-3 tomato
1 choti elaichi
8-10 kaju
2 cloves
1 small piece ginger
4-5 cloves of garlic
In sab ko thode se pani me boil kare...soft ho jaaye aur pani shookh jaaye to thanda karke grind kar le.
1 tsp oil
1 tez patta
1 tsp dhania pd
Garam masala
1 tb sp malai
1 tsp kasoori methi
Pan me oil garam kare tez patta daale aur chopped onion ko bhoon le low flame par...soft ho jaaye tou grind paste daal kar bhoon le...salt , haldi, garam masala aur thoda pani daal kar paka le.....malai daal kar 3-4 min paka le..serve karte time kofta mix kare.paranthe ya chapati ke sath serve kare
