5 consecutive low days 120p/50c/40f (1040 cals)
2 consecutive refeed days 120p/130c/45f (1405 cals)
Added Cardio 4 sessions 30 minutes incline treadmill speed 3.2, incline 5
12 Steps Per Day
Gym 4 days per week
