Happy fall my friends! In this video I share how I am using up all those little pumpkins I grew in the backyard. I want to share my favorite pumpkin butter recipe with you as well!
You can use canned pumpkin in this recipe if you don’t have fresh pumpkins! I doubled the ingredients for this crockpot recipe.
Mimi’s Pumpkin Butter
4-6 cups of pumpkin purée canned of fresh
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 cup apple cider or juice
1 tsp vanilla
