V-Neckline (Top-Down, in the Round)
Cast on stitches for the neckline using the tubular cast-on. The number of stitches is calculated according to the size. Work in the round.
Identify the center front stitch — it forms the V-neck line.
On every even round, slip the center stitch purlwise without working it.
On every odd round, knit the center stitch.
To shape the V-neckline, work increases:
• before the center stitch,
• after the center stitch.
Work the increases every 2nd round.
Continue working until the desired V-neck depth is reached.
